Terms & cancellation policy
For all bookings at Harry’s Appartement, Dorf 155, 6574 Pettneu am Arlberg, Austria.
Scope
Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply (an English version is available on the website of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce) – with the following deviations regarding deposit and cancellation (§ 5.5 and § 5.6 AGBH).
Booking & deposit
Your booking is binding as soon as you receive our booking confirmation. To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 40 % of the total amount by bank transfer. Bank details and the due date of the balance are stated in your booking confirmation.
Prices
All prices are in euros per night for the whole apartment. The tourist tax is charged in addition. Prices →
Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal under § 18 (1) 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) does not apply to accommodation contracts. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:
Stays from 1 November to 30 April
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- 60 to 15 days before arrival: 40 % of the total amount
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
- Late arrival, early departure or no-show: the booked stay will be charged in full
Stays from 1 May to 31 October
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 40 % of the total amount
- Late arrival, early departure or no-show: the booked stay will be charged in full

What if something comes up?
